My husband and I have been customers of Genesis Diamonds for over 10 years, so when our son was going to get engaged we knew where to go! Stephanie helped to create her dream ring while staying in my son’s budget. The process was seamless and fun for us all. When I began searching for an engagement ring, I knew that I preferred to buy from a local store; however, I also knew that the price from an online-only retailer would be hard to beat. I responded, “As soon as I have the ring!” He asked, “How about tomorrow?” I’m not a huge fan of salesmanship, many times because it doesn’t seem authentic and you don’t actually get all that you’re promised. Because of this, I was skeptical… but everything Avi and Ina promised, they delivered! The ring was ready less than 24 hours later, I paid the price I wanted, the ring looked amazing, and last but not least… she said YES! I highly recommend giving Genesis Cool Springs a try. Last-minute ring shopping is such a pain. I hate dealing with pushy salespeople and having the "extras" and warranties shoved on me. Stephanie made this the most relaxed process I think it could be.
